The N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation and Public Policy welcomes submissions of articles, essays, notes, and book reviews. Published work rarely exceeds 25,000 words, and citations must conform to the latest edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
The Journal’s online companion, N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation and Public Policy Quorum, welcomes submissions from legislators, judges, professors, practitioners, and law students through Scholastica. Submissions should not exceed 10,000 words (including citations). If you would like to publish in Quorum, please submit a completed draft or a proposal of no more than 500 words.
When requesting expedited reviews of previously submitted articles, please do so via the feature available to you in Scholastica.
If you would also like to submit a hard copy, please mail your submission with a cover letter summarizing the piece and a brief professional resume to:
